This, and the fact that we tried group sports unsuccessfully, led us to American Ninja Warrior. Are you familiar? It's the popular competition on tv where they tackle challenging obstacle courses. The obstacles, which engage agility, strength and mobility, give my son's little body what it needs and tires him out by the end. I love seeing his confidence and strength grow with every class!
I highly recommend Tri County Ninja, our own Ninja Warrior gym right here in Fenton! Their 7,500 sq ft gym houses specialized equipment devoted towards guiding individuals of all skill levels -- introduction, building on ninja fundamentals or mastering advanced techniques -- to increase strength, coordination, balance, agility and confidence.

SUMMER NINJA CAMP:
We will offer separate summer camps for children 5-9 and 10-13. Participants will be able to complete ninja obstacles in a ninja gym! Conquer the warped wall, the quintuple steps, and spider wall! We will work on strength, agility, and balance. We will also play games like dodgeball, and ninja H-O-R-S-E.
